The Jeep brand celebrated the 20th anniversary of the launch of the revolutionary Wrangler Rubicon with the premiere of the anniversary versions of the Wrangler Rubicon 4xe and Wrangler Rubicon 392 of the 2023 model year. Their premiere took place within the framework of the Chicago Auto Show taking place these days.
The new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4xe and Wrangler Rubicon 392 have become the most powerful "Wranglers" in history. The Rubicon 392 20th Anniversary edition is based on the standard Rubicon 392 and is equipped with a 470-horsepower V8 engine, which provides it with acceleration from 0 to 60 mph (about 97 km/h) in 4.5 seconds. This anniversary version is based on 35-inch BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A CO2 tires, wheel arch extenders, steel bumpers and branded nameplates, reminding of the special status of this version.
The jubilee Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4xe is based on the regular Rubicon 4xe and is equipped with a plug-in hybrid powerplant with a capacity of 375 hp with a power reserve of up to 21 miles (34 km) on pure electricity. It "comes complete" with 33-inch BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 wheels and original seats trimmed in black and red leather.
Anniversary Wrangler Rubicon 4xe 2023 and Wrangler Rubicon 392 2023 will be released in a limited edition. Production of the new models is scheduled to begin before the end of the first quarter at the brand's plant in Toledo, Ohio, and they will appear in dealerships in the second quarter.
You can pre-order new versions now. The cost of the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4xe 20th Anniversary edition starts at $69,585 (5.07 million rubles), and the Wrangler Rubicon 392 20th Anniversary edition will cost at least $ 90,895 or 6.63 million rubles at the current exchange rate.
