The premiere of the new Hyundai Ioniq 9 crossover

The premiere of the new Hyundai Ioniq 9 crossover took place.
Hyundai presented the three-row all-electric Ioniq 9 crossover at the Los Angeles Auto Show. According to the automaker, the new model combines space, unique design and the most advanced technologies in the electric vehicle segment.
The Hyundai Ioniq 9 is built on the same E-GMP electric platform as its “cousin” in the face of the Kia EV9. It is offered in three modifications that differ in range and power of the power plant.
In the basic Long Range version, the crossover is equipped with one electric motor with a capacity of 215 hp, and its range reaches 335 miles or 539 km. The twin-engine Long Range version develops up to 310 "horses", and the top-end Performance model also has two engines, the total power of which reaches 430 hp, and can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph (0-97 km / h) in 4.9 seconds. The manufacturer does not specify the power reserve of the last two versions. But it is known that all three modifications are powered by a battery with a capacity of 110.3 kW * h.

The crossover will be offered in both seven- and six-seater versions. The interior trim uses materials such as leather obtained from environmentally friendly sources, wool, and polyethylene terephthalate fabric.
The Hyundai Ioniq 9 already comes standard with a 12-inch digital instrument cluster, an infotainment system with a touchscreen of the same size, and an 8-speaker audio system. A 14-speaker Bose system is available as an option.
The Hyundai Ioniq 9 will go on sale in early 2025. Prices will be announced closer to that time.
