Skoda has released an official teaser for the all-new Elroq electric crossover.
Skoda has announced the release of its new electric car called Elroq. It will be a compact all-electric crossover, the first official images of which were published by the Czech automaker today.
The world premiere of the Skoda Elroq will take place in autumn 2024. It will be the brand's first model to feature the brand's new Modern Solid design language. According to the manufacturer, the electric car will combine a minimalistic appearance with reliability, functionality and originality, while creating a feeling of security and strength. It will be built on Volkswagen's modular MEB platform, which it will share with the Enyaq and Enyaq Coupe.
“The world premiere of the Skoda Elroq in autumn 2024 will mark the start of Skoda’s new electrified campaign, which will see the launch of six battery-electric models in the coming years,” Skoda said in a press release.
To stir up interest in the upcoming premiere, Skoda published the first images of the silhouette of the new electric car. Judging by these shots, the Elroq will turn heads with its original slim LED matrix headlights, innovative Tech-Deck Face and large wheels.
