The new Hyundai Elantra N
The new Hyundai Elantra N has made its debut before the start of sales.
Special version of the Elantra N
Hyundai has unveiled a special version of the Elantra N — the TCR Edition, inspired by the Touring Car Racing (TCR) series. The official start of sales in South Korea is scheduled for December 2024, and in 2025 the car will be available on the global market.
The key difference of the TCR Edition is a large carbon fiber Swan Neck wing, designed to increase downforce. The car is also equipped with 19-inch forged wheels, which are lightweight, and improved N Performance brakes with four-piston calipers. The exterior is complemented by exclusive TCR Edition stickers, developed specifically for the South Korean market.
The interior of the new Hyundai Elantra N car
The interior of the car is equipped with a sports steering wheel covered in Alcantara, with the signature blue Hyundai Performance embossing, as well as unique TCR Edition emblems. The performance specs remain the same, with a 2.0-liter turbo engine producing 276 horsepower, and with the N Grin Shift feature enabled, the output increases to 286 hp. This makes the Elantra N one of the most powerful models in the compact sedan segment. The Elantra N TCR Edition combines dynamic styling and high performance, while keeping the proven mechanical underpinnings intact.
