Mercedes-Benz has launched sales of new CL-Class cars instead of C-Class and E-Class.
Mercedes-Benz has introduced a completely new model. This is the Mercedes-Benz CLE, a mid—size coupe that replaced two previously produced models at once - the C-Class Coupe C205 and the E-Class Coupe C238.
The novelty with a length of 4850 mm, a width of 1860 mm and a height of 1428 mm has become the largest representative of the segment of medium-sized coupes. Externally, the new Mercedes-Benz CLA is similar to the E-Class coupe and features a classic sporty silhouette with a protruding grille, a long elongated hood, a sloping roof and a strongly tilted rear window.
The interior of the new Mercedes-Benz CLA has a 2 + 2 layout, that is, it accommodates four people. Inside there is a 12.3-inch digital dashboard, an 11.9-inch infotainment system display and front seats, which by default have both heating and lumbar supports.

The Mercedes-Benz CLE engine range includes four-cylinder and six-cylinder powertrains with a "soft" hybrid in the form of a 48-volt starter generator, which adds an additional 23 hp and 200 Nm of torque.
In the "base", the CLE 300 4MATIC is equipped with a 2.0-liter engine with a capacity of 255 hp, and the powerful CLE 450 4MATIC is equipped with a 3.0-liter inline "turboshaft", developing 375 hp. In both cases, an improved nine-speed automatic transmission is claimed as a transmission.
The Mercedes-Benz CLE will go on sale at the end of 2023. Prices will be announced closer to this time. And in 2024, the manufacturer promises to release the same CLE, but in a convertible body.
